This week went well for me, it was nice to have it be a little easier this week and not busy. The one problem that I had was not paying as much attention to the videos as I should have and I missed two quiz questions. As soon as I saw the two quiz questions that I missed I knew exactly what I did wrong, and I knew it was just because I was rushing to try to get everything done this week. My sister in law is getting married on Saturday, so I’ll be catching a flight tonight and really busy all weekend. My goal is to have everything done by Friday afternoon so I can enjoy the wedding weekend with my family. I am trying to continue to get this homework done before the end of the week so that I can focus on work and not be a procrastinator. I may have the opportunity to get another part time job that is remote, and working in Social Media (which I’d love) and so I want to be able to do everything that I set my mind to. I think it’s good to stay busy, but I don’t want to get overwhelmed. We will see what happens!

            This week was really happy for me. Lots of wonderful blessings happened this week, I spent a lot of time with my husband, and we visited family in Arizona this weekend. I can’t believe it is already December! I’m thankful for this time of year to be able to reflect on our savior and focus on the most important things in life.             Something else that I also think is very important is being virtuous and having integrity.             This week was a great one for me. I had a lot of personal surprises and tender mercies that have happened this week that made it very special. It was also Thanksgiving this week, and so I had some of my in-laws come visit us in San Francisco. It’s been a great week with family and I’m feeling very thankful for the time with them, and for the blessings my husband and I have.             I enjoyed reading the article, “Attitude of Money” by Stephen W. Gibson. He started the article with describing an analogy about prescription glasses. He said, " If I put on these other glasses, I can not only still see you clearly, but it changes the way you look. Why? Because in these glasses there is a filter - it alters the way things appear. As I look through these glasses your faces appear dark... We all have filters in our minds which change the way we 'see' things."...

I can't believe week one of BYUI Online is already over. I have to say I'm a little disappointed in myself, because I didn't focus and study as much as I wanted to this week. Yes, I had to already drop 2 classes, but I'm also working full time, so I just need to find the balance for online schooling. I'm really interested in this Entrepreneur's class already, and I'm excited to share the things I learn with my husband. He's in his last year of dental school, and I think studying business, along with taking this class will help us both have a successful family business. I also hope to have my own business as well one day, so i'm just really excited to learn more about being successful, and how we start. I'm looking forward to starting fresh next week, and have the goal to have all of my assignments and tasks done by Friday evening.
