            This week was really happy for me. Lots of wonderful blessings happened this week, I spent a lot of time with my husband, and we visited family in Arizona this weekend. I can’t believe it is already December! I’m thankful for this time of year to be able to reflect on our savior and focus on the most important things in life.

            Something else that I also think is very important is being virtuous and having integrity. We were able to read “What’s A Business For?” by Charles Handy, and it was a terrific read filled with reasons why we need to have these qualities. We read how important it is to be honest in all of our doings, and especially to not participate in fraud or wickedness. This is especially important for our economy and country because in order to run any business successfully, we need to be honest.

            The ‘real justification of business’ is to be profitable so that the business can do something more or better. I think this is always important to focus on as well, because with any business, you can be successful and profitable. But I think it makes an average business great by making sure you are always searching for ways to do or be better.

            I agree with both of these solutions that I read about because I honestly feel like they’re the most important things to focus on in a business. We need to always be honest, and looking for ways we ourselves can be better, and how to make our business be better. If we want people to look up to us as successful businessmen and entrepreneurs we need to apply these two main qualities into our life. Even if we feel like we are doing everything we can, we can always be better.
