I felt like this week was really focused on continuing to learn. I also wrote about this on my Discussion board posting, because I think it's a very important principal to remember. The most important thing that I took from this article about Magdalena Yesil, was to never stop learning. I think Magdalena was a wonderful example of constantly wanting to learn, to grow, and to be her best self. She talks about her wok experiences being like, “the MBA she never got”. When I was first married, I was offered a position to go full time in the Marketing Department, and I hadn’t received my Bachelor’s yet. My husband and I were freshly married, he was in school full time preparing for Dental School, and it was an amazing offer, with better pay and we couldn’t dismiss it. I felt like at times I was learning more in my Marketing position than I would at school sitting in classes.
