W05

This week felt easier to me, and I was able to enjoy the rest of my week because of it. I loved learning and getting inspired by Erica Mills's greeting card company. She inspired me to be a positive working mother, and I know that I could do both! I am thinking about what small business I can come up with, and when I can start it. We have been offered a job in Alaska after we finish school, and I started thinking about how if I’m going to be inside during the winters, I might as well come up with a company to keep my busy! I also loved listening to "A Hero's Journey". I was thoroughly impressed with his examples of treating others with kindness rather than worrying about the money. I've always thought that was most important, but it was reiterated to me and I know what we need to focus on when we have our businesses. I’m looking forward to the day when we can own our companies and be able to be proud of what we’ve accomplished from our previous learnings. That will honestly be the best day ever! My birthday is tomorrow and I'm so excited!
